After training as a counsellor I supported children, young people and adults for many years. However, three years ago I discovered The Three Principles. This completely revolutionary approach to psychological wellbeing profoundly transformed my life and I have been passionate about sharing this wisdom ever since.
The sessions are not counselling but a focussed conversation that will explore the implications of understanding these Principles, how they can guide us through life, develop resiliency and remind us of what we already know but have forgotten along the way in the stressful, modern world we live in
